I’m Dr. Liana - an Osteopathic Physician (D.O., IFMCP) and I trained as an Internal Medicine Physician. In 2016, I realized my patients craved better solutions for their health and it was clear that the only solutions I had were band-aids. So I put forth hundreds of hours of training to learn about treating hormones, menopause & functional medicine to become an Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner.

I had access to the ALL the answers and I still struggled with my weight and hormones. Even after years of training in functional medicine, I struggled to detox my body. I stayed physically ill longer than necessary because I was wrapped up in ‘hustle culture’ from the business circles I was immersed in. I was attempting to ‘personal growth my way out’ of fatigue, low energy, depression and weight gain. For years, I had bypassed my own symptoms of Mold & Mycotoxin Illness, & Mitochondrial Dysfunction that led to Metabolic issues like weight gain, high cortisol and a low-functioning thyroid. And now that I’ve reclaimed my body and health, I’m here to save you the frustration of figuring out your symptoms and accelerate your healing.
